MERRY CHRISTMAS

Ok! Can I just say how much fun Christmas was this year? It was everything that I had imagined Christmas would be when I had a family of my own. Call me crazy but other little girls had their whole wedding planned out by the time they are 12 years old. Me, I had "Our Family Christmas Tradition" all planned out. Stockton made his first of many Santa plate. Then Kayvon picked a cookie from his childhood and I picked one from mine and we made them to put out for Santa. Then on Christmas Day Kayvon's family came over and we had dinner, played games and watched as Stockton helped Grandma Susan bake. He loved licking the left overs. Stockton also LOVED the tree and did so well with leaving it alone. That is until he realized there was fun things under it! :) Every time someone would walk through the front door he would run up to them, start talking their ear off and run them over to the tree to show it off. I thought he was going to cry when he watched me take it down. He still gets up every morning looking for it. Stockton got plenty of things this year.....some he needed.....most he didn't. But I don't really think grandparents know what it means when you say, "don't go over board." Kayvon got his oldie but goody......socks (and other stuff too) Kayvon loves me so much that he got me a new camera! One that I really wanted. We have had the same camera for five years now. So you know how many years that is in technology years? Speaking of dogs. Kody got a stuffed toy which is already destroyed and in the trash. Murphy got treats....FATTY! So now its just the after math of the holidays and putting everything away. My house looks like a tornado ripped through it. Its just a bad cycle, because as you are taking care of and cleaning up Christmas, your normal everyday tasks get skipped....then BAM....twelve loads of laundry.....again!
